A key part of Railconsults activity is assistance to project management and management for hire.
Our staff can be hired for shorter or longer periods. During such agreements it is especially important to determine clearly what the client wants to achieve through this contract. We have the skills to participate in most levels of line management, security and staff functions.
When filling temporary positions, we place great emphasis on transfer of experience from our consultants to the clients staff. Our goal is to make the customer better at what they can by means of constructive feedback and innovative thinking.
